Quality Health & Safety Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Lead and manage safety, health, and quality management systems. Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT/FMCSA (if applicable), and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Understanding of all U.S. State Regulatory QHS agencies and their respective requirements. Maintain ISO 9001:2015 and 45001 program competencies and support certification activities. Conduct internal audits, inspections, risk assessments, and corrective action tracking. Support lead for incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Develop and deliver safety training programs. Monitor KPI metrics including TRIR, LTIR, near misses, and corrective action closure rates.
