Facilities Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support safe, well-maintained environments across our healthcare and social service programs. In this mission-driven role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds; troubleshoot minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues; and respond to work orders and urgent facility needs. You’ll help ensure our facilities meet safety and regulatory standards so staff and clients can thrive, while working within a compassionate, faith-inspired, and trauma-informed organization.
