Mechanical TYPE Full-Time ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead our machine design team — owning everything from concept through to final drawing and BOM release for our industrial cleaning and surface treatment equipment. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead and manage the design team, including coordination with our electrical and automation function • Own design gate reviews and sign-offs at every stage of a project • Assess and approve customer change requests, escalating major impacts where needed • Own the drawing and BOM release process for every project • Plan and manage workload across the design team • Drive the standardisation of our machine platforms to reduce design-to-delivery time WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering • 10 years of experience in machinery/industrial equipment design, including team leadership • Strong hands-on proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software • Proven experience owning a design process end-to-end, from concept to release . Strong people management and cross-functional coordination skills.
