What You'll DoDesign electrical schematics, control panel layouts, cable assemblies, and pneumatic circuits for industrial CNC machinery.Develop and maintain electrical designs using AutoCAD Electrical.Select electrical components and maintain bills of materials (BOMs).Collaborate with mechanical engineers, manufacturing, and assembly technicians to troubleshoot and improve machine designs.Support PLC-based control systems, industrial communication networks, and electrical design standards.
What We're Looking For5+ years of electrical design experience with CNC machinery, industrial automation, or capital equipment.Proficiency in electrical CAD, preferably AutoCAD Electrical.Experience designing industrial control panels, electrical schematics, and machine wiring.Familiarity with PLCs, industrial controls, and pneumatic systems.Understanding of electrical standards such as UL 508A, NFPA 79, NEC, CSA, or CE.Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
