Role Overview
Paisawaala is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Personal Loan Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with personal loan products, managing end-to-end loan processing, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide guidance on personal loan products
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing and disbursement
- Manage customer documentation and ensure completion of required formalities
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and lending partners until loan closure
- Maintain customer relationships and provide high-quality service
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0 – 6 years in Personal Loan Sales
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities
- Strong sales-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of financial products will be an added advantage
