Job Description Manage retail interior construction projects from award to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans. Coordinate subcontractors, architects, consultants, landlords, and client stakeholders. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates. Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project financials and ensure profitability objectives are met. Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfaction. Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and turnover packages. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor. Proven experience delivering retail interior construction projects in Manhattan or the wider NYC market. Strong understanding of retail fit-outs, store renovations, and tenant improvement projects. Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments with aggressive deadlines. Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control. Excellent communication and client management skills. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
