Role Description The Project Manager role at PVS Structures is a full-time, on-site position located in the Omaha Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring structural steel fabrication projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily tasks include managing project schedules, coordinating with expeditors, suppliers, and internal teams, tracking material deliveries, and resolving logistical or scheduling issues. The Project Manager will maintain project documentation, and communicate status updates and risks to internal and external customers. This role also involves continuous process improvement, promoting safety and compliance, and supporting efficient collaboration among engineering, production, and logistics teams.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects.Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as handling the creation and management of project schedules and expediting tasks to ensure on-time material delivery.Candidates should possess project management skills, including coordination of shipments, schedules, and inventory with internal and external partners.Relevant experience in construction, structural steel, manufacturing, or industrial project environments is beneficial.Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in project tracking tools and basic office software.Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. xzbcwsv Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
