Responsibilities for an HR Support Specialist include but are not limited to: Respond to employee, manager, former employee, and dependent inquiries via phone, email, and case management systems with professionalism and empathy. Research and resolve HR-related questions by navigating multiple HR systems, resources, and knowledge databases. Accurately document employee cases and escalate or route complex inquiries to the appropriate HR Operations or Shared Services teams. Deliver exceptional customer service while handling confidential employee information in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment. Candidates for HR Support Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered: Previous experience in Human Resources, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, Customer Service, Call Center, or a related support role. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to provide excellent customer service. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems, ticketing platforms, or case management tools. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. What's in this HR Support Specialist position for you?
