About the teamThe Corporate Services Enablement Team (CSET) is the company's enterprise PMO. It helps corporate service groups launch initiatives that change how the whole business works. Our company operates as four distinct businesses under one roof, each with its own culture. Around them sit 12–13 corporate service units, including legal, people, supply chain, risk, and facilities. Those units design new processes and tools, and CSET makes sure the changes land, stick, and are visible to leadership.
The team is in a building phase. It's standardizing how initiatives are taken in, prioritized, tracked, and reported, including a move from Excel to Asana. The work has strong support from the top of the company.
About the roleWe're looking for a senior, delivery-focused project manager to lead high-visibility initiatives across the company's business units. The role sits close to program management: you'll own a portfolio of initiatives from planning through delivery, across units and states.
Much of the portfolio centers on people and culture, including initiatives tied to our core values. You'll keep complex, multi-stakeholder work on schedule and make sure it lands well with the people it affects. You'll be a thought partner to the leaders you support, not a task tracker.
What you'll doOwn a portfolio of enterprise initiatives end to end: scope, plan, schedule, and delivery.Build and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones across multiple business units and locations.Coordinate cross-functional teams and corporate service partners, keeping owners, decisions, and handoffs clear.Track dependencies, risks, and issues, and resolve them before they slow delivery.Report progress to senior leadership and internal customers with clear, regular status updates.Build buy-in with business units that have different cultures, priorities, and ways of working.Partner with the team's process and change lead so delivered work is adopted and sustained.Work in shared tools and practices, including Asana, as the PMO matures.
What you bringSenior-level project or program management experience delivering cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives, with a record of hitting scope and schedule across several initiatives at once.Working knowledge of change management, enough to plan communications and drive adoption alongside delivery.A customer-service mindset: you see your job as supporting the people and teams you work with.Comfort with ambiguity and complexity, and the judgment to move work forward without a playbook.Strong skills managing up and down, from executive committee members to front-line teams. An operational mindset: you anticipate what's coming, see gaps others miss, and think about how work actually runs. The autonomy to own your portfolio and make decisions, paired with a solution-oriented approach.
Nice to haveExperience in a PMO that was being built or matured, rather than one already fully established. Background with people, HR, or culture-focused initiatives.Experience with Asana or rolling out a work management tool across an organization. xzbcwsv Familiarity with multi-entity or multi-state organizations, or the construction, energy, or building services industries.
