About the OpportunityA well-established law firm in Coral Gables is seeking two experienced Real Estate Paralegals to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with substantial law firm experience supporting commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract through closing.

ResponsibilitiesThe Real Estate Paralegal will support attorneys throughout all phases of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and organizing closing documents; conducting title and survey reviews; coordinating due diligence activities and transaction timelines; communicating with lenders, title companies, buyers, sellers, and opposing counsel; assisting with purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents; preparing closing binders and post-closing packages; managing transaction files; maintaining accurate records; and tracking deadlines to ensure the timely completion of all transaction requirements.
RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of Real Estate Paralegal experienceMust have experience working in a law firm environmentExperience supporting commercial and/or residential real estate transactionsStrong understanding of title, survey, and due diligence processesExperience preparing and reviewing closing documentsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple transactions simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work onsite full-time in Coral Gables, FL
Preferred QualificationsCommercial real estate transaction experienceExperience with complex multi-party transactionsKnowledge of Florida real estate xzbcwsv law and closing proceduresExperience reviewing title commitments and surveysParalegal Certificate preferredExperience with legal document management systems
Compensation & BenefitsUp to 105,000 depending on experience as base rate plus bonus and 10% origination 401(k) with 3% company matchMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Time OffExcellent benefits packageLong-term career growth opportunity
