We are looking for a driven, skilled and creative Senior Pastry Chef Instructor who combines strong technical expertise with a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring.

Work Location

MG Road, near Trinity Metro Station, Bengaluru

Salary

40,000 - 65,000 per month

Depending on skills, experience and performance

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and standardise new recipes, products and baking techniques
• Design, update and improve course curriculum and training modules
• Conduct hands-on practical and theory training sessions
• Demonstrate professional baking and pâtisserie techniques to students
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Plan and manage day-to-day kitchen and training operations
• Maintain consistent standards of product quality, presentation and execution
• Ensure strict food safety, hygiene and kitchen discipline
• Contribute to the development of new courses and workshops
• Create a professional, disciplined and engaging learning environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical fundamentals in bakery and pâtisserie
• Excellent practical understanding of professional baking techniques
• Genuine passion for teaching and mentoring
• Creativity with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
• Degree in Hotel Management with a specialisation/interest in Bakery & Pâtisserie, or a relevant Baking/Pâtisserie certificate or diploma
• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or Baking Instructor is preferred, but talented candidates with strong fundamentals may also be considered
