Job Title - Senior Architect

Location - Pune

Job Description -

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to drive architectural coordination and project execution across multiple stakeholders. The role will be responsible for coordinating with external design and technical consultants, reviewing drawings and documentation, monitoring project timelines, preparing feasibility plans and area statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and project standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong architectural coordination experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to identify and resolve design and execution challenges while ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Coordinate with external Design Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, Signage Consultants, and other technical stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Review architectural drawings, designs, technical documents, and consultant submissions for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements
• Monitor consultant deliverables, project timelines, and design coordination milestones to ensure timely completion
• Supervise the coordination undertaken by subordinate architects with internal stakeholders including Sales, CRM, Marketing, Legal, and Liaisoning teams
• Prepare feasibility plans and area statements for new land parcels in coordination with internal teams
• Coordinate with relevant departments for land details, CAD files, development regulations, statutory requirements, and other project inputs
• Monitor project progress against approved timelines and proactively identify potential delays, design issues, and coordination bottlenecks
• Provide technical guidance and support in resolving complex architectural, design, and coordination-related challenges
• Ensure architectural drawings and project documentation are properly updated, maintained, and circulated to relevant stakeholders
• Collect, analyse, and share project-related data, progress updates, and reports with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure designs and documentation comply with applicable local regulations, building codes, statutory requirements, and company standards
• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and statutory compliances with relevant authorities

Must-Have Skills -

• 7–8+ years of experience in Architecture, preferably with a real estate developer or reputed architectural consultancy
• Strong experience in architectural design coordination and managing external consultants
• Hands-on experience in reviewing architectural drawings, technical documentation, and consultant deliverables
• Good understanding of feasibility planning, area statements, development regulations, and project documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Good understanding of local building regulations, statutory requirements, and approval processes

Preferred Skills -

• Experience working with a real estate developer or large-scale architectural consultancy
• Experience in residential, commercial, township, or mixed-use developments
• Exposure to coordination with Design, Structural, MEP, Liaisoning, Legal, Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and relevant architectural/project management tools
• Strong understanding of local development rules, building codes, and statutory approval requirements
• Experience in managing multiple projects and external consultants independently

Educational Background -

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an AICTE-approved and/or UGC-recognized institution
• Masters degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution preferred
