Role Description The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with prospective learners via calls, messages, and emails to understand their interests and recommend suitable CoLLearn programs. The Inside Sales Executive will manage lead pipelines, follow up on inquiries, conduct product demonstrations, and guide applicants through the enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and meeting sales targets while ensuring a positive, consultative experience for every prospective learner.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills to convert leads and meet enrollment goals.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture potential learners.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and provide clear, helpful guidance.
- Relevant experience in education, edtech, or sports-related sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work with CRM or sales tracking tools, analyze basic data, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Motivation to work in a target-driven environment and interest in sports and sports careers is an added advantage.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; business, marketing, or related fields preferred.
