Accounts Receivable Specialist

In this role, you will be supporting multiple tasks including:Maintenance of bookkeeping databases (such as Netsuite, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)) and spreadsheets and updating A/R data as neededTracking payments and logging them into the databasesGathering data and reaching out to clients to provide invoicing updatesCreating reports for review with the finance teamTo perform this role effectively, we are seeking an individual with:5+ years experience in Accounting and Finance, preferably with experience in A/R or CollectionsExperience working with Accounting SoftwareEducation of an Associates degree or higher would be preferredStrong computer skillsStrong communications skillsA team playerThis role can be supported on a hybrid work environment basis - 2 days onsite per week. This is a contract role with an expected duration of about 6 months.
