Mirav Labs is building an AI-powered Clinic Management Platform designed to transform how clinics and healthcare organisations manage their day-to-day operations, patient engagement and workflows.

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Co-Founder to lead the commercial journey from early customers to a scalable healthcare technology business.

This is a founder role — not a conventional sales job.

You will own:

• Go-to-market and sales strategy
• Building relationships with clinics, hospitals and healthcare groups
• Acquiring the first set of key customers
• Strategic partnerships and distribution channels
• Building and scaling the sales organisation
• Bringing customer and market insights into product strategy

Must Have

Proven leadership experience in Sales / Business Development within:

• Clinic Management / Hospital Management Software
• HealthTech / Healthcare Technology
• Hospital or Clinic SaaS
• Medical technology / digital healthcare
• BTech/MBA from a Tier 1 College would be preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience

You should have a strong understanding of how doctors/clinics/small hospitals buy technology , an established network among doctors/clinics, and a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.

We are particularly interested in someone who has built markets, opened new accounts and driven revenue—not simply managed an existing sales pipeline.
