Glens Falls Center seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide hands-on care in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. The LPN will deliver direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, and monitor clinical status. Responsibilities include supporting ADLs, documenting accurately, and communicating changes to the RN and provider. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise CNAs, and participate in care planning and quality initiatives.
