The company offers opportunities to work on impactful projects with a focus on long-term client relationships. * Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from a recognized institution * 8–12 years of experience in real estate development or architectural consultancy with strong responsibility for drawing vetting, coordination, and site execution * Hands-on experience coordinating Architectural, Structural, and MEP consultants * Experience working on residential or luxury real estate projects * Strong knowledge of GFC/working drawings, construction detailing, and design coordination * Proven attention to detail with ability to identify errors and discrepancies in drawings before they reach site * Experience conducting site visits to verify construction against approved drawings and specifications
