Job Description Lead daily onsite construction operations for multifamily projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules. Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and project execution from start to finish. Develop and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules. Conduct regular site walks and proactively resolve field issues. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and leadership. Foster a positive, productive jobsite culture while mentoring field staff. Proven experience with ground-up multifamily projects. Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors effectively. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Willingness to travel throughout NC, SC, and Southern VA as project needs dictate. Desire to grow into a General Superintendent role over time.
