Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced US Federal Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for functional, business, sales, proposal, and leadership positions, with exposure to IT and technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting for U.S. federal government contracts and an understanding of federal hiring, compliance, and staffing requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT and functional roles including Sales, Proposal writers, Capture Managers, Program Managers, and Leadership positionsSupport recruitment for select IT and technology-enabled roles as neededPartner with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and contract requirementsSource candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networkingScreen candidates for federal requirements such as U.S. citizenship, background checks, and clearance eligibilityEnsure compliance with federal hiring standards and company policiesMaintain accurate records in ATS and track candidate pipelinesCoordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processesBuild long-term talent pipelines for federal functional and leadership roles
Required Qualifications
Strong experience as a US Federal Recruiter or US staffing recruiterExperience recruiting for functional, sales, proposal, or leadership rolesUnderstanding of the federal contracting and staffing xzbcwsv lifecycleStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting federal agencies (DoD, DHS, HHS, VA, civilian agencies)Familiarity with security clearances and federal compliance requirementsExposure to recruiting IT or technical rolesExperience with ATS and CRM tools
