Area Sales Manager - Solar Loans

Job Description :

 Minimum 8‐10 Years of experience into Business Development, Sales Profile, Channel and Project Sales. Channel knowledge is must.

 Knowledge of Solar On‐Grid inverter, Hybrid Inverter, Storage Inverter, Central Inverter.

 Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for solar finance in the State that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.

 Experience into PV Industries, Solar inverter, Lithium Batteries would be added advantages.

 Lead generation and strong follow up for closing.

 Calling prospective customers and travel to meet them personally.

 Target oriented and highly performance driven, manages team, Follow up with KEY Client, New & Existing Client, Business relationship, Strategy, Techno‐Commercial knowledge.

 Dynamic personality with Good Communication skills, Strong Negotiation Skill, Effective presence, Performance Oriented and Ability to take responsibilities.

 Experience and knowledge of solar Market research, analyze customer requirement, Strong project management skills, conduct to develop marketing strategy.

 Understanding customer's needs and offering them the best solution.

 Organizing and helping sales team at trade shows and other solar or energy related exhibitions.  In‐depth knowledge of Solar market map, Identify and understand the local solar market trend, Solar EPC, Solar Distribution network.

 Fluent in English and local language, Content writing skills on project installations/Case study

DESIRED PROFILE:

 Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline.

 8‐10 years of prior experience in sales in NBFC in Gujarat

 Experience in Solar Loan ‐ Min 2/3 yrs is a must

 Must have team handling Experience
