Job Description:

• Identify opportunities through market research, user data, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform product roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to understand user needs, market trends, and opportunities for product enhancement.
• Prepare detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), feature prototypes, white papers, and feature user flows based on the defined product roadmap.
• Identify optimization opportunities within the existing product line to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall product performance.
• Establish and refine product requirements while working closely with stakeholders to address pain points and specific use cases, ensuring comprehensive user experiences across products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, UX/UI Designers, Operations, business stakeholders, merchants, vendors, and SBP to ensure effective communication, feature demonstrations, coordination, and integration of efforts.
• Foster a collaborative and transparent working environment across product and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct impact analysis for new developments and support effective prioritization based on business and customer requirements.
• Work closely with the PMO team to ensure timely delivery of features and products in line with the priorities defined by the Product Manager.
• Ensure thorough feature testing, including coverage of edge cases, to deliver an optimal customer experience.
• Maintain detailed product manuals and ensure that change logs are regularly updated to reflect product enhancements and modifications.
• Enhance the overall platform capabilities of the Keenu Wallet for both customers and partners.
