Overview

We are seeking an Account Executive to support advertising and out-of-home (OOH) media initiatives in Las Vegas. This role will focus on managing client relationships, coordinating advertising campaigns, and collaborating with internal creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver impactful campaigns across various OOH channels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Manage advertising campaigns from initial briefing through execution and delivery.
• Coordinate OOH advertising initiatives across channels such as billboards, digital displays, transit advertising, and other out-of-home placements.
• Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, media planning, and production teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives.
• Develop project timelines, manage deliverables, and track campaign progress and budgets.
• Prepare client presentations, campaign updates, reports, and performance recaps.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business development efforts.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, account services, advertising, marketing, or media.
• Familiarity with out-of-home advertising, media planning, or integrated advertising campaigns is preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
