Clinical Laboratory Medical Technologist

ChristianaCare is seeking a Medical Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic laboratory testing that supports patient-centered care. In this role, you will analyze blood and body fluid specimens, validate and report results, operate and maintain complex lab instrumentation, and follow strict quality control, safety, and regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow lab staff, help optimize workflows, support training of team members, and contribute to continuous improvement in a culture focused on excellence, learning, and innovation.
