Job SummaryThe Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all retail, grocery & warehouse operations, including financial performance, compliance, inventory management, customer service & team leadership. This role drives overall store performance, ensures alignment with company standards, audit expectations & operational goals, and maintains accountability across all departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all daily retail, grocery & warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, organization & alignment with company standardsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures & audit requirements across all departmentsMonitor store performance including sales, inventory accuracy, shrink & execution of operational standardsDrive accountability across department managers to ensure consistent execution of responsibilitiesReview audit results & implement corrective actions to improve performance & ensure complianceOversee staffing, scheduling & team performance to support operational needsEnsure proper execution of inventory control, receiving, merchandising & operational processesMaintain high standards of customer service & resolve escalated customer concernsEnsure adherence to safety, food safety & regulatory requirementsPartner with corporate & regional leadership to support company initiativesIdentify operational risks, gaps & inefficiencies and implement solutionsMaintain overall store & warehouse organization, cleanliness & audit readiness
QualificationsPrevious experience in retail, warehouse or grocery operations managementStrong understanding of multi-department operationsExperience leading & managing teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong financial, analytical & problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities & drive resultsStrong communication, leadership & decision-making skills
Preferred QualificationsExperience managing multi-department operationsFamiliarity with operational audits & compliance standardsExperience in high-volume retail, grocery or wholesale environments
Work Environment / ExpectationsPrimarily retail, grocery & warehouse environment.
