Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Motion Graphics Designer to work across multiple platforms for TV broadcasts, TV commercials, promos and branding to bring our content to life across Islam Channel Urdu. Your work will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our channel and connecting with audiences in a meaningful way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute original motion design concepts.
• Transform creative briefs and project goals into visually engaging solutions.
• Monitor and integrate emerging design trends, especially in television and broadcast media.
• Collaborate seamlessly with creative teams, including designers, producers, editors, and the Creative Director.
• Design distinctive logos and branding elements for new shows and programming concepts.
• Produce dynamic show graphics, including opening sequences, transitions, and closing visuals.
• Develop eye-catching graphics for on-air promotions and internal presentations.
• Craft 3D animations using Element 3D and other After Effects tools.
• Integrate 2D and 3D graphics into live-action footage through precise motion tracking.
• Explore new visual styles and techniques to push creative boundaries.
• Maintain and update in-show graphics to ensure visual consistency throughout episodes.

Skills Required:

• Expert in creating engaging animations, intros, outros, titles, bumpers, and banners.
• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Element 3d (Aftereffects Plugin) and Cinema 4D / 3ds Max.
• Ability to seamlessly integrate graphics, effects, and video content.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and branding.
• Ability to translate scripts and concepts into visually compelling narratives.
• High standards for quality, consistency, and polished visuals.
• Work effectively with content creators, writers, and production teams.
• Respect and awareness of Islamic values when designing content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Open to feedback and evolving design trends.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in motion graphics, 3D animation, or video production are a plus.
