Perform production, material handling, machine monitoring, inspection, and documentation tasks to support manufacturing quality and regulatory compliance. Job Responsibilities Load materials into production machines <p></p> Pack finished products <p></p> Sort products and parts <p></p> Move materials within the production area <p></p> Measure and check raw materials or parts for proper components, ingredients, and quantities <p></p> Record accurate final part weights in grams <p></p> Monitor machine controls to ensure equipment runs at proper levels during production <p></p> Report equipment malfunctions <p></p> Pre-inspect products before the next production phase <p></p> Maintain production records in compliance with regulatory requirements <p></p> Maintain the manufacturing environment according to regulatory requirements <p></p> Follow 5S standards across assigned work areas <p></p> Follow established safety standards <p></p> Properly handle hazardous materials, including acetone <p></p> Occasionally perform persistence measurement tasks <p></p> Troubleshoot production issues and report findings to a supervisor or team lead <p></p> Job Requirements Production, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred <p></p> Experience working with small or minute parts preferred <p></p> Ability to measure raw materials, parts, components, ingredients, and quantities <p></p> Ability to accurately record part weights in grams <p></p> Solid computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office products <p></p> Ability to manage multiple production tasks at once <p></p> Ability to follow regulatory, safety, and 5S requirements <p></p> Ability to safely handle hazardous materials <p></p> Ability to stoop, crouch, bend at the waist, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs. <p></p> Preferred Skills Machine monitoring experience <p></p> Quality inspection or pre-inspection experience <p></p> Manufacturing documentation experience <p></p> Experience handling acetone or similar hazardous materials <p></p> Troubleshooting experience in a production environment <p></p> Experience with regulated manufacturing environments <p></p> Pay Details: The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Massachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
