For 20 years we’ve been a go-to source of working capital for small businesses, and over 70% of our clients come back to us for more. We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to keep those conversations going and open up new funding opportunities with business owners who already know us.

You’ll work a database of existing and past clients: reaching out, reconnecting, finding out what each business needs next, and teeing up the next round of funding for our closing team. It’s a phone-first role with plenty of daily conversations, and every call is to someone who’s already done business with us.

The position offers a base plus uncapped commissions, excellent benefits, and room for professional growth.

Sales Development Representative Duties

• Reach out to past and current clients by phone and email to restart the conversation about funding
• Ask good questions to understand where each business is headed and what capital it needs
• Qualify opportunities and set them up for our closing team
• Follow up consistently and keep each client relationship moving forward
• Log your activity, notes and pipeline in Salesforce

Sales Development Representative Requirements

• You’ve worked in a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you were on the phone or talking with people all day, such as inside sales, client services, customer support, banking or hospitality
• You’re comfortable starting conversations and enjoy keeping them going
• You stay organized and follow through without being reminded
• You’re dependable and focused working from home

Pay, schedule and benefits

• Base plus commission, with on-target earnings of $85,000–$95,000
• Fully remote, anywhere in the US, with a laptop provided
