Salary: $140,000 - 200,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 13+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise web applications and a strong grasp of OOP and SOLID principles.
• We expect deep expertise in C#, .NET, and LINQ, along with experience in NoSQL and SQL databases.
• We value experience with JavaScript, AngularJS/Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and development/source control tools such as Visual Studio, Git, and Jira.
• We seek a demonstrated understanding of standard security practices and tools.
• We want someone who can understand architectural thinking and approach design decisions accordingly.
• We need a candidate who is willing to learn, work hard, and remain open to reworking code based on reviewer feedback.

• A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, and an MBA is a plus.
• We prefer candidates with leadership experience, C# experience, and a strong OOP background.

• We design, build, and support enterprise applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Web API, and related frameworks.
• We write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with coding standards and best practices.
• We perform system analysis, gather requirements, and contribute to technical design with business analysts and stakeholders.
• We develop RESTful APIs, web services, and backend components that support business applications.
• We make database changes, write queries and patches, and help optimize performance.
• We conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to maintain software quality.
• We mentor developers, provide technical direction, and share knowledge across the team.
• We ensure our applications follow security, scalability, and performance best practices.
• We prepare and maintain technical documentation and system specifications.
• We may take on Task Lead responsibilities, including coordinating the work of one to two developers and overseeing task execution.
• As a Task Lead, we own the technical breakdown for team work, including approach, alternatives, scope boundaries, data and schema changes, integration impact, risks, unknowns, and the test plan.
• As a Task Lead, we serve as the first code reviewer, sign off implementation plans when appropriate, and provide daily oversight of the team.
• As a Task Lead, we respond to defined workflow triggers, perform midpoint reviews on longer tasks, verify readiness before work starts, and manage work pulled from the ranked queue.
