Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Commercial Estimator in Mesa, AZ to manage the complete bid process from lead to handover for commercial construction projects.
The role requires 3+ years of estimating experience, a degree in CM/Engineering, and strong reading of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. You will use Bluebeam and On-Screen Takeoff for takeoffs, manage subcontractor bids, and coordinate RFIs to ensure competitive, accurate estimates.
