Job Description Manage day-to-day field operations on healthcare construction projects throughout the Southeast Lead renovations and construction activities within active healthcare facilities while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, project stakeholders, and healthcare personnel to ensure successful project execution Oversee project scheduling, safety, quality control, and daily site operations Maintain compliance with healthcare construction requirements, infection control procedures, and life safety standards Partner closely with Project Managers and company leadership throughout project delivery Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office Suite to track progress, maintain documentation, and manage project reporting Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, and quality inspections Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Support primarily interior healthcare renovations with occasional ground-up healthcare construction assignments Travel throughout the Southeast region, including current opportunities in Florida and surrounding markets MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
