Freelance Facilitator
Quantiphi · Kerala, India
Job Description
Quantiphi is looking for an experienced corporate freelance trainer / facilitator to deliver high-impact training for managers across our Bangalore workforce. The program, Lead True: Manager Excellence Program (MEP), focuses on equipping new managers with the mindsets, frameworks, and practical skills they need to lead with confidence, covering feedback delivery, cross-cultural team management, hybrid leadership, and peer learning through structured role-play and real workplace application.
This is a facilitated, cohort-based engagement. The curriculum, facilitator guide, and all participant materials are designed in collaboration with the L&D team. Your role is to bring energy, psychological safety, cultural fluency, and rigorous facilitation so the learning truly lands with a technically sophisticated, fast-moving audience of AI and data science professionals.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Cohort-Based Sessions: Deliver the five-week program for first-time and new managers in the Bangalore office.
- Lead Structured Role-Plays: Facilitate observed practice sessions and provide high-impact debriefs using feedback frameworks such as CLEAR or SBI.
- Navigate Leadership Conversations: Guide discussions on cross-cultural leadership and hybrid team management within a global corporate context.
- Integrate Guest Speakers: Manage 15-minute guest appearances by internal Quantiphi business leaders, ensuring they stay on-message and authentic.
- Drive Experiential Learning: Focus on reflection, peer learning, and real workplace application rather than lecture-heavy delivery.
- Support Program Measurement: Administer self-efficacy surveys, collect reaction forms, and contribute to ROI discussions and program reporting.
- Resource Management: Review all provided materials, including facilitator guides and participant workbooks, in advance of sessions.
Qualifications
- True Colors Certification: Must be a certified True Colors practitioner, as the entire program is anchored in this framework.
- Experience: 10+ years of corporate L&D facilitation experience, specifically delivering development programs for first-time or new managers.
- Framework Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in feedback frameworks (CLEAR, SBI, or equivalent contrastive models).
- Industry Credibility: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, AI/data science corporate environment with technically sophisticated professionals.
- Facilitation Skills: Strong role-play facilitation skills and comfort running structured, observed practice with rigorous debrief.
- Cultural Context: Deep understanding of hybrid team management and the ability to navigate leadership conversations across global delivery teams.
- Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to create psychological safety and high engagement.
