Now we are designing and manufacturing our own products and selling them nationwide. HyperJam premium basketball hoops are the first of 5 products launching in 2026, with 20 more coming in 2027. If you want to control your own destiny and get paid for what you build, you will fit right in.
Earning potential: $100,000 to $170,000 per year (base plus commission). No cap. Top performers earn more. On site at our Elkhorn, NE headquarters.You are part analyst, part operator, part scientist. You find where growth is hiding, run fast tests, and scale the winners. Right now that means creators, affiliates, Meta ads and creative. You make those channels measurable, repeatable and bigger every month. Reports to the Head of Marketing.
What we are buildingOur own products, sold nationwide. Omaha Sports & Games is our flagship. Now we design and manufacture our own products. HyperJam basketball hoops are the first of 5 launches in 2026, with 20 more in 2027. You find the channels and offers that take each new product national, fast.Creators and affiliates as a real sales channel. A growing network of athletes, coaches and creators earning commission on every sale they drive. HyperJam's NIL program with Division I college athletes is the first wave. You build the economics and tracking that let it scale to every brand.Meta that scales. We want to keep raising spend while holding efficiency. That takes great tracking, smart structure and constant testing.Creative testing as a system. Every week we test new hooks, angles, offers and creator content. The winners get more budget fast.
What you will ownThe growth model: traffic, conversion, AOV, repeat rate and margin by brand and by channelAffiliate and creator economics: commission rates, offers, tracking links, codes and payoutsAttribution for creator, affiliate and Meta sales so we know what really drives revenueA weekly testing roadmap across Meta creative, offers, landing pages and funnelsTurning top creator content into ads (whitelisting and Spark style ads) with the Meta and Influencer leadsConversion rate optimization on our Shopify storesNew channel tests once the core is humming (Google, YouTube, TikTok, partnerships)
