Site Safety Manager

Manassas, Virginia | On site | Contract | $58–$70 per hour

Run the site safety program for a fast-moving installation team inside an active Manassas data center construction project.

What you will do

· Maintain the site-specific safety plan, orientations, training records and crew pre-task controls.

· Lead field audits, incident response and corrective action across fall protection, lifts, powered equipment and rigging.

· Direct the Safety Technician and provide shift coverage with stop-work authority.

What we are looking for

· 5+ years in construction safety, including 2+ on large commercial, industrial or mission-critical projects.

· Experience working within a general contractor safety program and investigating and reporting incidents.

· OSHA 30 Construction, First Aid/CPR/AED and fall protection competent-person qualification; CHST, ASP or CSP is a plus.

Assignment details

Expected start: November 2026. Project installation is scheduled through May 2027; actual assignment length depends on the project schedule. Expected schedule: five 10-hour shifts per week (50 hours), with 40 regular hours and 10 overtime hours. Overtime beyond 40 hours in a workweek is paid at 1.5 times the base hourly rate.

Site access is subject to applicable badging, background and drug-screening requirements. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
