Driver PositionThe Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Driver. The Driver delivers vehicles and in some instances, customers, employees or vendors safely and timely to the appropriate destination(s) while giving helpful, courteous and professional customer service.This pay for this position starts at $18 / hour (employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance) based on a 25 hour work week and is located at 2273 Research Boulevard Suite 600 Rockville, MD 20850.We offer a robust Benefits Package including, but not limited to:Paid time offConsistent scheduleEmployee discountRetirement savings plan including 401kTraining and developmentSchedules:Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (approximately, +/- 1 or 2 hours)Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (approximately, +/- 1 or 2 hours)The Driver is responsible for the transporting of fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, as well as navigating written directions.Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the roadDeliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous mannerRide with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehiclesOrganize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timelyMay need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phoneMay be asked to clean vehiclesPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualifications:Must be at least 18 years oldMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.Under 25 minute commute (in rush hour traffic) from the location posted preferredMust have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experienceWe will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as required by, and consistent with, applicable law.
