As a Core Operations Apprentice Technician, you’ll be joining a team that values support, humility, and learning by doing. No prior data center experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to pitch in wherever needed, and a passion for building and fixing. You’ll play a meaningful role in preparing for and supporting day-to-day operations, with the potential for occasional after-hours involvement. Your Experience and Qualifications

• No relative data center experience required, but you have always been interested to learn how things work. You like to work with your hands and have an affinity for building or fixing things.
• An empathetic person who enjoys working as part of a team.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoy a work environment where the daily schedule changes often and managing the unexpected is satisfying.
• Knowledge of NFPA70E, forklift, OSHA10, or First Aid/CPR certifications are a big plus.
• Comfortable or excited to learn how to operate hand and machine tools.

• Full-time hourly, non-exempt role : Includes equity compensation and a performance-based annual bonus.
• Hourly base pay range: $25-$32/hr , depending on experience.
• In-office expectations: This role is onsite at our Mesa, AZ data center location.
