Role Description:

The Video Editor and Producer will be responsible for planning, producing, and editing video content that communicates Swades AI's research, products, and brand stories. Day-to-day tasks include managing the full video production lifecycle from concept development and script collaboration to shooting coordination (where applicable), editing, color grading, and final delivery. The role involves creating motion graphics and visual assets, optimizing videos for digital platforms, and maintaining consistent visual style and quality. The Video Editor and Producer will work closely with researchers, product teams, and marketing to translate complex AI concepts into engaging, clear visual narratives. This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive communication, reliable time management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
