Role & Responsibilities: Manage multiple NPD/NPI projects from development through to production.
Coordinate Design, Engineering, Production, Quality and external partners.
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, actions and budgets.
Lead stage-gate reviews and ensure projects meet requirements before progressing.
Coordinate prototypes, product trials, testing and validation.
Ensure documentation, approvals and production handovers are completed.
Manage and prioritise the workload of a small technical team.
Provide clear project updates and escalate risks or delays when required Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Experience managing NPD, NPI or product development projects within manufacturing.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Experience with stage-gate or structured product development processes.
Understanding of prototype development, testing, validation and production readiness.
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management.
Previous people/team management experience.
Practical, hands-on understanding of manufacturing environments.
