Team Lead Modelling Serve as the functional and disciplinary leader for BIM Modelers and BIM Lead Modelers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Team Management to achievement of high standards in quality, productivity, and efficiency, driving continuous initiatives to enhance performance within both the team and the broader Hilti’s Global Modeling Community.
