Our Client, a high-growth health/nutraceutical manufacturer in the Palm Beach area, is hiring a dedicated and dynamic Accounting Manager to be an integral part of their team.
This role will pay up to a $125k base salary depending on experience and fit and operates on a hybrid work schedule.
What You’ll Do
Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Prepare forecasts, budgets, variance analysis, and management reportingOversee sales, cash, inventory, and pricing controlsPartner with IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance on systems and process improvementsDevelop accounting processes, SOPs, and internal controlsSupport audits and other Finance projects
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in AccountingStrong Knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS/International Accounting experience a plus4+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong financial xzbcwsv reporting, reconciliation, and forecasting skillsAdvanced Excel and ERP experience requiredMicrosoft Business Central experience preferredEntrepreneurial, collaborative, and proactive mindset
