Company Secretary (Immediate Joining)
R Dangayach & Co is a Jaipur-based CA firm specializing in taxation, corporate law, compliance, litigation support, Virtual CFO services, NGO advisory, and capital market transactions. Our team works with advanced technology platforms and has extensive experience across diverse regulatory and advisory assignments, including SME IPOs and Social Stock Exchange registrations.
We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary with:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SME Listed Company/SME IPO compliances.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, SEBI Listing Regulations, and ROC compliances.
- Willingness to travel approximately 70 km from Jaipur once or twice a week.
- Immediate joining preferred.
