Senior Registered Client Associate

We are seeking a Sr. Registered Client Associate to join our client's team! As a Senior Registered Client Associate you will play an integral role in the success of the branch. You will assist in administering, marketing and growing client relationships, working closely with our Financial Advisors (“FAs”) to enhance and grow their business. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish.

ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the delivery and execution of financial plans, supporting branch leadership and covering additional teams and PCAs as needed will be crucial to this positionYou will also help develop and maintain client relationships by organizing and implementing productivity-based campaignsYou may be asked to perform operational responsibilities as wellAble to compose effective client correspondence in accordance with established policies and proceduresInitiative - Proactively utilizing available technology and tools to support efficient and effective time management; Able to assist FAs in organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns; Knowledgeable, in accordance with established policies, of all firm technology necessary to provide quick responses to FA and client inquiriesBuilding Relationships – Connecting with others in a way that fosters trust and creates collaborative relationships; Able to anticipate potential issues xzbcwsv and/or problems and alert respective FA and/or Branch Management as necessary
Requirements:High School diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredSeries 7 requiredFluency in English and SpanishAble to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environmentStrong attention to detailAble to work effectively as part of a teamHigh ethical standards
