WHAT YOU NEEDAt least 1 year of experience programming with Mastercam.That's our main requirement.CNC machining knowledgeAbility to read blueprintsGood work ethicWillingness to pitch in and help the teamNo engineering degree required.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGCreate and edit CNC programs using MastercamWork with CNC mills, lathes, and grinding equipmentHelp troubleshoot machining and production issuesImprove setups, tooling, and manufacturing processesWork alongside machinists and the production team
