About the Role

Position Title: Dual License Therapist (Esthetician / Massage Therapist) Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Role Overview We are seeking a Dual License Therapist to deliver both high-quality skin and body treatments. In this role, you will work with a steady base of returning clients, build lasting relationships, and help guide their long-term wellness and skin care goals.

Responsibilities

Perform holistic facials, advanced facial treatments (such as HydraFacials), and body treatments following established protocols.Consult with clients to customize treatments based on individual skin types, concerns, and goals.Recommend appropriate home care products from our clean beauty line to complement in-room treatments.Maintain detailed treatment notes to track client progress and ensure continuity of care across visits.Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, tools, and equipment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.Coordinate with the front desk team to ensure smooth scheduling and punctual appointments.

Qualifications

Licensing: Active Massage Therapist (LMT) license and Facial Specialist license (or Full Specialist / Cosmetology license).Experience: Hands-on experience performing facials (including extractions) and body treatments or massage therapy. HydraFacial experience is preferred.

Skills & Attributes: Calm, attentive, and professional demeanor with a passion for skin health and wellness.Strong communication skills and comfort recommending tailored retail products to clients.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Availability: Weekend availability required.
