Senior Data Scientist | Customer Analytics & Personalization

We are hiring Senior Data Scientists to join a high-impact project with a tier 1 consulting firm.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex business problems through data, machine learning, and customer analytics.

What You'll Be Working On? Customer segmentation and behavioral analytics Predictive and propensity modeling Personalized customer recommendations Campaign measurement and performance analysis Customer journey optimization Gen AI-driven innovation initiatives (preferred)

What We're Looking For 5-8 years of Data Science or Machine Learning experience Strong Python and SQL skills Experience building and deploying predictive models Hands-on experience with customer segmentation and analytics Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience with personalization, recommendation engines, NBO/NBA models, or Gen AI solutions is a plus
