Required Qualifications:• 6 to 7+ years of hands-on network support or network technician experience.• CCNA certification required.• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and routing and switching concepts.• Experience troubleshooting physical and logical network connectivity.• Experience with network cabling, patch panels, rack-and-stack, and network hardware installation.• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.• Ability to work onsite and provide hands-on technical support.
Key Responsibilities:• Provide hands-on onsite support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues.• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain routers, switches, access points, and other network equipment.• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and network connectivity issues.• Perform switch configuration, port configuration, VLAN changes, and network troubleshooting.• Support Cisco networking equipment in an enterprise environment.• Perform network cabling, patching, rack-and-stack, equipment replacement, and hardware troubleshooting.• Troubleshoot network outages and escalate complex issues when required.• Assist with network upgrades, deployments, migrations, and infrastructure projects.• Document network configurations, troubleshooting activities, and changes. xzbcwsv • Coordinate with network engineers and other IT teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
