• 1st Shift Production Team Member - Starting Pay $16/hr + incentive

What You'll Do:

• Run wood processing equipment such as cut-off saws, notchers, and stake pointers
• Build specialty pallets and skids, and repair pallets
• Perform equipment maintenance like changing blades and greasing
• Keep production areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow company policies and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with nail guns and saws preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Enjoys working with your hands
