Hiring: Manager – Sales (Recruitment & Staffing)
Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad
Open Positions : 2
We are looking to onboard seasoned sales professionals with 3 to 5 years o f proven experience in Recruitment & Staffing services sal es in the Indian market. The positions are open a t Manage r an d Asst Manag er levels, depending on experience and proven capability.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in selling recruitment and staffing services such as:
Permanent staffing
Contract staffing
RPO / Managed hiring solutions
Project or volume‑based hiring models
Strong track record of business development and client acquisit ion within India. Ability to engage wi th mid to senior‑level stakehold ers, understand hiring needs and propose appropriate recruitment solutions. Experience working wi th service‑based recruitment organizati ons is essential. Demonstrated capability in managing the complete sales cy cle, from prospecting to closure and account growth.
Important
Note: While exposure to international recruitment or global accounts can be a plus, this r ole requires hands‑on experience in selling recruitment and staffing services within the Indian ma rket. Candidates whose experience has been predominantly limited to international recruitment sales without strong India‑focused staffing exposure may not find this role fully aligned.
Role Expectations :
Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing account expansion
Position and sell multiple recruitment delivery models based on client n
Collaborate closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful execution.
Represent the organization as a trusted recruitment and staffing partner
