Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Week Off

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team in Pune for the Chat Process .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through chat, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide product, service, and process-related information to customers.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduates / Undergraduates can apply, depending on company requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, BPO, call center, chat process, or related roles.
• Freshers with excellent communication and typing skills are encouraged to apply.
