Hiring: Sales Executive – Urology Medical Devices

We are hiring Sales Executives for a leading Medical Device Manufacturing Company specializing in Urology Products.

Key Requirement

Candidates must have relevant sales experience in a Medical Device / Urology Products Manufacturing Company.

Key Responsibilities

* Achieve sales targets for assigned territory.

* Regularly visit hospitals and meet Doctors, Surgeons, OT Staff and Purchase Departments.

* Promote and demonstrate Urology medical products to healthcare professionals.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and key decision-makers.

* Generate orders and ensure regular follow-up for business conversion and payments.

* Identify, appoint and manage distributors/dealers.

* Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

* Monitor market activities and competitor presence.

* Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Candidate Profile

* 3–4 years of relevant experience in Urology / Medical Device Sales.

* Experience with a Urology Products Manufacturing Company is highly preferred/required.

* Strong exposure to hospital sales and doctor/OT staff engagement.

* Experience in distributor/dealer management will be an advantage.

* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

* Strong sales orientation with a target-driven approach.

* Willingness to travel extensively.

* Two-wheeler required for field sales.

Compensation

CTC: ₹3.00 – ₹3.50 LPA

Travel allowance & mobile reimbursement as per company policy.

Necessary product and role training will be provided.
