We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety and environmental programs for a manufacturing operation. This position is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, reducing workplace risks, improving safety practices, and promoting a safe working environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage workplace safety and environmental programs.Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable environmental regulations.Conduct facility inspections and identify potential safety hazards.Investigate workplace accidents and implement preventive measures.Develop and deliver employee safety training.Maintain safety records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.Manage workers' compensation claims and coordinate with appropriate parties.Work with supervisors and employees to improve safety practices.Track safety performance and recommend improvements.Coordinate safety audits and regulatory inspections.Provide safety reports and recommendations to management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation, and workplace safety requirements.Experience conducting safety training and accident investigations.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively with employees and management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Construction industry experience preferred. xzbcwsv Ideal CandidateA hands-on safety professional who can lead safety initiatives, build relationships with employees, and continuously improve workplace safety and compliance.
